“I would like to congratulate Leavingstone on winning metal this year,” stated Barbara Levy, President of LIA. “It is an honour to win a LIA Statue, as the jury is comprised of the world’s top advertising, production and design creatives. Nothing was taken for granted in the judging rooms.  The jury members were very conscientious when it came to Statue discussions.  They visited and revisited each piece of shortlisted work again and again.  So you can be assured that the Statue winners in the 2016 LIA Awards come from a crop of work that is universally acknowledged as exceptional.”

Music & Sound Jury President Sander van Maarschalkerweerd, Founder and Managing Director at Sizzer Amsterdam, commented, “The overall creative level of the work in the Music and Sound category was extremely high this year. It has been a great experience to watch and discuss the work together with some of the most respected music producers and sound designers in our industry. All our finalists are inspiring examples of how music and sound can play a vital role in storytelling.”
